what fun to paint… squish the colors around… our girls love how red and yellow makes orange but most of all how blue and red make purple!!! I love this little “hands on” learning… when they don’t even notice they’re learning… and it’s oh so fun!
so we took a milk jug and painted it all up nice and pretty for the little birdies… just now our garden is visited by lots of little birds… the northern birds are leaving the north and coming to Florida for vacation… what a better way to welcome them, than with a pretty bird feeder house!
fill it up with some yummy seeds…
we hung it in our grapefruit tree which is where so many birds frequent… maybe they feel it’s a little exotic… perhaps?
a fun little project and a fun way to welcome the Florida fall… a little less humid and a lot more birds and butterflies… we love the fall… a nice change after a hot hot summer…
