This was such a fun science project that I kept seeing on Pinterest! Don’t you love it when you finally do one of your pins! It was quite easy and the kids learned and had a blast and so did we… well until clean up time! yikes!
It teaches the kids and us about rain clouds and how rain happens…
Rain Cloud Experiment
-cylinder vase or something similar
-water
-shaving cream
-food coloring
Fill your vase with water and leave just a bit of room on top for your “cloud.” Squirt the shaving cream into your cloud on top. Feel free to get a little messy! Now have fun with your food coloring and drip the rain onto the “clouds!” After let your kids swirl the colors just for fun which makes really pretty designs! Oh and you may want to do this project outside in your not so favorite clothing! ha!
