a summer in Sweden… some days are full of sunshine and bright blue beautiful clear skies…
and some days you have to stay in and play with treasures found in Farmor’s basement! so many hidden treats!
Barbies galore!
but with children you cannot ever be cooped up in the house… at least that’s how our girls are… you have to go outside and get fresh air!
I find myself saying this to our girls now…
I remember as a kid my mother always shooing me outside
“you have to go outside and play…. you have to get fresh air or you’ll get sick!”
she had a really good point… I knew it then, and I know it now!
so on with the rain boots… rain jackets… let’s go!
every day we must get fresh air!
every day we must eat a vegetable!
these girls crack me up! I took them for an after rain walk… we must have stomped in every puddle and said hello to every snail…
but sometimes when it’s just me and my camera they like to be really silly nillies! and I love it so much!
I love how the two of them together like to be silly… like to laugh… belly laughs… cheek squeeze laughs… I love how they love to hug each other, squeeze each other…
I love how our oldest takes our youngest girl’s face in her hands and looks in her eyes and says, “oh Cecilia… I love you so much, you’re so cute I could just eat you up!”
wonder where she heard that from… 🙂
