sometimes you just have to let go and let your children wake up at 5am and go for a walk…
we were still a bit off with the time being in another country/time zone… and in this beautiful country the sun likes to wake extra early in the summer months!
so at 5am our girls couldn’t stand it much longer and were begging to go out for a walk in the country side… and you know what…
I’m so happy they did!
It was beautiful!
We may have been the only ones awake besides the horses and wild geese and a giant hare! All we could hear was nothing… we walked quietly and talked about the nature and how different it was. The air was so fresh and so cold but it was ok with us… we were free!
A lot of times a part of me says let’s just sit and be for a few minutes… but really… these kids have life figured out… have fun! run! wake early and get some fresh air! watch the sun rise in your bare feet and sleep when you’re a teenager!
kids live so free… they don’t have many cares except maybe where’s the toilet and when is dinner…
having kids has made us be kids again… it’s fantastic if you just go with it!
