Christmas was awesome… it always is! There are so many traditions from my youth and Mattias’ that we pull together and make our story… our family’s story… I love it.
I think for me just sitting back and sipping it all in like a big mug of warm tea is my favorite… I love just watching my family… through my eyes… having a family of my own lets me relive my own childhood… be a kid again… I don’t think I ever really stopped…
I love to get excited the night before Christmas with my girls… our hearts beating as we sit bundled outside listening for Santa’s sleigh… hearing it and then running inside quickly and hiding under the covers… it’s exciting, it’s magic…. and it all starts here..
