at least once a week we have pizza night! flying dough, flour fills the kitchen, olive oil licks, and decorating each and every bit of the pies!
one of the times we went to Italy we became obsessed with their amazing pizzas! We tried to figure out the secret! The dough is so crisp.. the tomatoes … just scream tomatoes! So… now to re-create Italian style pizza… we have pizza stones, pizza paddles, corn meal for the bottoms… and most importantly use NO pasta sauce… instead POMI!!! it comes in a box and is imported from Italy.. just pour and there you go! and loads of basil and lots of olive oil!!
